The Ground We Stand On: Arts & Action Gathering, Grass Ain't Greener Poetry Release at fiddle leaf cafe
The Ground We Stand On: Arts & Action Gathering, Grass Ain't Greener Poetry Release event will blend art, activism, and celebration in the spirit of social and environmental justice. This event will feature two dozen tables from climate organizations and artists, live music from The $2 Bills, Satellite Records Sale, Fiddle Leaf Cafe food & drink, a poetry reading, book singing & sale from Harper Horvath, and a call to action for collective justice efforts!
This event will also serve as the release celebration of local poet Harper Horvath's second collection, Grass Ain’t Greener Poetry. Harper is a rising sophomore at WMU, an award-winning climate activist, youth organizer, writer, and artist organizing this event to provide a vibrant, inclusive space for connection and engagement, with tabling opportunities for organizations and artists to share with our community.
