Prenatal Yoga Workshop at kalamazoo backyard yogis
Join us for a special 2-hour workshop designed to support you through the transformative season of pregnancy. We’ll begin in a community circle to build connection—with yourself and with others on similar paths—before moving into a guided practice focused on breathwork and mindful movement.
This session will help deepen your intuition, strengthen your relationship with your baby, and offer tools for stability, safety, and resilience. Our practice is designed to support pregnancy, prepare for birth, and support your recovery post-birth. We’ll close with restorative poses and guided meditation to leave you grounded, calm, and confident.
What to know:
You don’t need to bring a mat—we’ve got you covered. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are available in the studio.
Wear what feels comfortable for you. The space is climate controlled.
Parking is available on either side of the two brick buildings. The entrance is on the Fulford Rd side of the south building (the one furthest from the curve). Look for the black-framed glass door off the sidewalk.
