Earth Day Event at Jerico! Clothing Swap & Collage Crew Kzoo Meet up
We are celebrating Earth Day the best way we know how: by practicing sustainability through reuse! We will be hosting another one of our popular Clothing Swaps as well as a Collage Crew Kzoo Meet-up on Saturday, April 19th from 11am-2pm. This will be an awesome event for all ages to practice reusing, sharing and creativity! Read below for more information.

Hold Hand Goods One Day Pendant Making Class at Jerico
Learn how to make your own jewelry at home, and leave with your own handmade sterling silver pendant! This will be a one day, 4 hour class held at the Jerico building in Kalamazoo, MI on Saturday, March 8th from 12pm-4pm. The class is $150 per student, with 6 spots available for the day. The cost of this course covers all materials used for the day. In this class you will choose a moonstone, aquamarine or moss agate stone, and will be provided with all materials to make your own sterling silver pendant with a set stone. An 18” sterling silver curb chain necklace is included so your pendant will be ready to wear. You will learn the steps of creating a set stone pendant and be given tips and information on how to make jewelry at home.

Seed Swap & Garden Planning + Knowledge Sharing at Jerico
Let's get together, share seeds and garden knowledge! During these garden planning months, it’s the best time to talk with others about what they've tried in their garden. We’ll have drawing materials available for you to plot things out or take notes. Bring seeds to share if you have them, but there’s no requirement to bring anything.

Green Drinks Kalamazoo at Jerico
Join us for an end-of-year celebration of Green Drinks Kalamazoo and learn more about Jerico! We’ll hear from Jerico founders, Krystal and Jeb Gast, about the amazing community of creative entrepreneurs, makers, and artists they’ve built. Located in three historic buildings at the industrial edge of the Edison neighborhood in Kalamazoo, MI, the community is home to 23 shared and individual studio spaces currently occupied by a broad range of creative operations, including fine artist studios, an industrial design agency, video and music production studios, a rentable photography studio, coffee shop, yoga studio, tattoo shop and more. Tours around and through the buildings will be offered starting at 6PM.

Jerico Trunk Sale
Join us for the Trunk Sale at Jerico on Saturday, October 12th. Shop from a variety of items in the Jerico parking lot - where sellers will display their items from their vehicle trunks! Items will include home goods, clothing, art, furniture, collectibles, and more. Fiddle Leaf Cafe will be open late serving coffee, tea, and small bites. This event takes place during the Washington Ave Art Crawl.

For Mother's Day we are doing a special swap for the Moms! Similar to a mom-to-mom sale, bring your gently used kids and mom clothing, books, toys, and other tools-of-the-mothering-trade to swap instead of sell! We'll also have a bouquet bar with locally grown fresh flowers from Flowerfield Farmstead! Make your own bouquet to take home or to gift to another special Mom in your life!
