Intermediate Wheel Throwing at Kalamazoo Kiln Room

Tried your hand at wheel throwing and want more? Join us for our intermediate wheel throwing class and learn more advanced techniques!

Participants will focus on techniques beyond the basics of centering and pulling. Our instructor can guide you through shaping pieces like bowls, mugs, and plates, pulling handles, and teaching you how to create pieces that are consistent in shape and size.

This class takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm-8:00pm between November 3rd and November 19th.

The Kalamazoo Kiln Room is a membership-based ceramics studio in Kalamazoo, MI. Members have access to wheels, clay, glaze, group firings, tools, and so much more! Located in Suite 25 of the North building. Find out more.

FIND US:
The Kalamazoo Kiln Room is located in the North Jerico Building, in the same building as Fiddle Leaf Cafe. Park in the north lot and enter through double grey doors located at the back of the building. We are located in Suite 25.
