The Jerico Faire is less than 2wks away!
Hello Residents!
We are 2 weeks out from the Jerico Faire happening around the complex on Saturday, June 24th from 2-8pm. Whether you are participating or not in the JF this year, please take a moment to read over this email and help us make this weekend a success!
Tidy Exterior Studio Areas: If you have any items outside of your studio or in common areas, please take a moment by Friday to bring those items in. Whether it's additional furniture items, packages, trash, or other things I couldn't even begin to imagine, we'd appreciate your help in creating tidy areas for our guests!
Saturday Parking: If you are visiting Jerico at all on Saturday, please help us make room for our guests and do not park in the Jerico parking lot. If you are a visitor, vendor, volunteer, or participant, feel free to park at The Wax Factory located at 1701 Fulford St, or on Egleston Ave.

Participating Tenants - Let's do this! Please check your inbox for a seperate email including important documents and info. Let's have fun this Saturday! Make sure to play music in your studio, grab some free coffee and snacks from the vendor lounge, and have a great time. If you have any needs during the event, feel free to flag down one of our volunteers, or visit one of two Info Booths located in either building.
