Nothing says SUMMER like a trip to South Haven for yoga and a picnic! We will meet at South Beach at 7pm and start with an optional walk to the lighthouse, followed by a beach picnic of light charcuterie and snacks. To make the experience even more cozy, we recommend bringing a large blanket or two instead of a yoga mat. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! The one-hour gentle yoga practice will begin at 8:20pm, and conclude just as the sun sets.
